Pushrods

Clevite offers one of the broadest selections of pushrods in the industry. Our pushrods are manufactured to the most stringent specification using only the highest quality materials. Clevite also offers a large selection of oversize and undersize pushrods to be used in maintaining proper valvetrain geometry. In addition, Clevite offers pushrods for several applications that are made from 4130 chrome-moly steel to high performance demands and for use with guide plates.

Rocker Arms and Kits

Clevite offers a broad selection of rocker arms and rocker arm kits. These components are manufactured from precision heat treated materials that are designed to be functionally equivalent to the original equipment.

Quality Replacement Timing Components

Belts and Roller Chains - Clevite® timing belts and roller chains are supplied by the top producers of quality timing components. Each belt is specifically engineered for the vehicle application. Belts should be replaced when they become frayed, stretched or worn. Clevite roller chains are used on many applications including high performance, OHC engines and heavy-duty truck engines. Roller chains generally have reduced wear characteristics and increased endurance limits. Chains should be replaced when they become worn or stretched, as this will affect the timing of the engine and result in poor performance.

Flexible Chain - Clevite® fully flexible inverted tooth chains are produced on state-of-the-art equipment using advanced technology. Each link and pin is made from the highest quality materials and methods available. The finished chain is pre-stressed, ensuring a precision fit and long running life. Clevite inverted tooth chains are engineered to keep today's high tech engines, as well as yesterday's repaired motors, performing for maximum life.

Timing Components Chain, Sprocket & Gear Sets Clevite offers a complete line of timing sets, manufactured to work together for optimum performance. The two- and three-piece sets are precision matched to fit automotive and truck engines from 1955 through today. The matched gear sets are produced from top quality materials to mesh together for years of service. Clevite high performance sets contain roller chains and three-keyway sprockets, packed with complete installation instructions. A full line of import sets are also available for a complete timing system overhaul on import engines.

Idlers, Tensioners & Guides - A full line of dampers, idlers, tensioners and guides are provided by Clevite for import and domestic engines. Timing chain tensioners reduce noise and prolong the chain life. Tensioners also compensate for slack in a worn or stretched chain or belt, and help to maintain the correct valve timing. All Clevite® idlers, tensioners, dampers and guides are precision-made to match and enhance the life of the timing system. Because these parts play an important part in keeping the engine running smoothly, they should always be replaced when the belt or chain is installed.

Valve Springs

Our valve springs and valve spring hardware are manufactured by using steel alloys from the finest steel mills in the world. Clevite® valve springs feature the latest design and manufacturing techniques to ensure durability and reduced harmonic spring vibrations.

Stock Replacement Valves and Valve Seats

Clevite offers broad light vehicle coverage for replacement engine valves and seats. These components are manufactured to exacting tolerances to produce proper air flow into the combustion chamber. Clevite engine valves and seats are designed to be functionally equivalent to original equipment.
